5 Girls were an all girls rock band featuring Renee Dawson (vocals), Amy Lomas (bass, backing vocals), Vicki Pollard (guitar, backing vocals) and Katrina Batt (drums, backing vocals), originally from Hamilton Girls High.
They produced two tapes, Fingered (with the catchphrase "Get Fingered by 5 Girls") and ITN. ITN Glamour (ITN = in the nude) appeared on The Fridge, and a lo-fi recording called No Doubt on They came to take us alive. However, they were best known for the song (and video), Food.
Renee Dawson went on to Loose New Romans.
