Arron is also a founding member, songwriter and lead guitarist for Hamilton Garage Rock/Punk Band Sumo Love Machine. His work as the Bathtub Sophist, and in Sumo Love Machine, are his first musical ventures, with no previous experience or training in music to note.

Arron Stewart emerged in December 2007 as The Bathtub Sophist, a Hamilton-based alternative/electronic artist working in various eclectic styles. He is a self-taught musician, with no formal training or prior musical experience. Arron is also a founding member, songwriter and lead guitarist for Hamilton 'good-time' Garage Rock/Punk Band Sumo Love Machine. His work as the The Bathtub Sophist and in the band Sumo Love Machine, are his first musical ventures.
