Lady Hamilton was a Hamilton rock venue from the 1970s through to around 1986, first located at 30 Barton St and from 1978 at 30 Alexandra St. Bands that played there include The Dudes (25 April 1978), while The Politicians had a 10 year residence there, during bothe the Lady Hamilton and Shakes years. The venue later became Shakes nightclub, and since the 2000s has been the sire of Altitude.
