Justin was a member of Spatula Death and Inchworm. He wrote the Hamilton music column for "Rip it Up" between 1993 and 1997, organised the inaugural Contact Battle of the Bands in 1993 (and others in the late 1990's), and also the Spatula Death Battle of the Bands "competitions". He was a popular announcer on Contact FM through most of the 1990's, and also did some time on UFM and The Rock.
