The Left Bank Theatre was an occasional venue, operating from 1982 until 1998. Sneaky Feelings played there on 27 June 1983. The Great Unwashed also played there in the early 1980s. It was located at 1 Sapper Moore-Jones Pl, at the rear 1924 extension of the 'Hamilton Hotel' building. The site on which it sits is to become the Waikato Regional Theatre, to replace Founders Theatre.
