Closer was included on the first Indie Hit Disc released by NZ On Air in 1997, and the track received extensive airplay across the b-net stations. Subsequently, Ska tribe appeared on NZ on Air Indie Hit Disc 6 in 1998. Greg Page made the elaborate looping video for Closer. The song Ska Tribe (DB Mix) appeared on the 2020 compilation In Thrust We Trust.
