Weirs (owned by Norm Weir) operated from their distinctive building at 14 Liverpool St Hamilton since c. 1985, but had a shop in Victoria St prior to this time. After Liverpool Street they moved to 153 London Street. You can still see evidence of the "piano keys" around the top of the shop in Liverpool St. They stocked instruments, amplifiers and lighting. In April 2015, the store relocated to Tauranga, merging with their other store Bay City Music.
