eightyeight is a music production research and development team based at downbeat studios, lead by Daniel Howard and Chris Field. Over a five year period, with numerous collaborators, they managed to finish one small EP called Cool Drop, and gave away 500 copies. Two of the tracks on the EP were included in H-town compilations Year Zero, and Zero Point One.
