Frey featured Andrew Jones (guitar, vocals), Simon Clough (bass) and Mike Clarkin (drums). They released a three song tape titled Eric's House (1993), and had one song on each of Discordia Concors and They came to take us alive (both 1993). The band went through a number of name changes before settling on Frey, including Hey Sam, which they appear as on the Juice Extractor compilation.
