Frogletter was a Hamilton/Raglan punk band active between 2002 and 2005. The band endeavored to combine classic '77 style punk rock with jazz (often being refered to as jazz-punk), funk and rock'n'roll, with no particular regard as to how they should sound. The original lineup consisted of Ricky Kimber-Bell on vocals and bass, his brother Sam on guitar, and Luke Taylor on drums. After Luke left Hamilton to persue a life of dairy farming he was replaced with Matt from Frogletter. The band made the semi-finals of Battle of the Bands 2003.

The band morphed into Dick Dynamite and the Doppelgängers in 2005.
