Elider is the solo project of ex-Spatula Death and Inchworm guitarist Justin Harris. Elider has been active since 2007, based in Osaka and Kyoto, Japan. In early 2017, Elider released the album Redbird from these, and from recordings made in Japan, on CD and via Bandcamp. In 2017, Harris returned to New Zealand to play at the Future City Festival as Elider, with Ben Cole (The Datsuns, The Joint Chiefs) on drums and Scott Newth (Rumpus Room) on bass.
