The original munter bar catering to the office worker spillage during business hours & then anyone wearing a collar during the evenings, though with a distinct lean toward the bogan. A great garden bar in the summer with a small stage, hosting numeous wet t shirt competitions & the occasional band. Its proximity was handy for a stroll down the river banks for a quick session. The bouncers whilst notorious sluts were skilled in armed combat, one went on to represent NZ in kickboxing.
A great pub, sadly missed.
