A natural ampitheatre with a permanent wooden stage situated on the Eastern side of hamilton's lake Rotoroa, beaneath the famous water tower, this venue has hosted a number of Shake the Lake concerts, Carols by Candlelight and numerous other events. Access to the power and facilities is organised through the Hamilton City Council.
On the Western side of the lake, Innes common is home to entertainments surrounding the annual Balloons festival, and has been the site of Nine Bands for No Bucks.
