The Sandbabies were a Hamilton punk band playing between c.1991-1993, featuring Dr. Fil (vocals), Scott Brodie (bass), Gary Morley (guitar) and Max Ward (drums). They released one cassette, Lustihead, and had the song Say Goodbye released on the 1992 compilation Juice Extractor.

Their punk status was either questioned or strengthened (depending on your viewpoint) by the fact that half of the band had their lunchtime sandwiches prepared by their mothers. Scott Brodie went on to Inchworm and Grok, Max Ward also played with Grok and Dr. Fil recorded some solo material.
