The Andes was the moniker Romantic Andes released their final EP, Rocket, under, before disbanding. On this recording the lineup was John Worsley (vocals, acoustic guitar), Dylan Parry (vocals, electric guitar), Chris Wyborn (bass), Luke Murray (drums) and Hayden Biglow (cello). Paul Oakley replaced Wyborn on bass after recording, but was a member of the band at the Rocket release party on 17 May 1996 at the Wailing Bongo. The band were supported on the night by Rumpus Room and Gas, and were followed by The Able Tasmans. They disbanded soon after.
