Funk Therapy were formed in 2016, with their music inspired by classic funk, soul and hip-hop. Members met at Nivara Lounge, and includes Matthew Mooney (ex-Frogletter, Deathnir) and Chris Field (New Millennium Beatniks, Apollo). Gigs played included the 2017 Shake the City and Down the Rabbit Hole events.
