The Contenders, commonly referring to themselves as simply Contenders, are a Hamilton based punk rock band. The band played Hamtown Smakdown 2015, Hamtown Smakdown 2016, Circle Jerk 2016, Circle Jerk 2018, and supported Die! Die! Die! in January 2017. In March 2016, the band released a 5 track EP via Bandcamp, titled Demo.
