CD album by St Lucy, released 2005.
Recorded with the St. Lucy Mark II line-up (see St Lucy#members); all tracks are either new, or new versions exclusive to The Lost Art Of Self Destruction.
Track titles are nowhere to be found on the CD. To make matters even more... interesting... tracks do not necessarily appear in the same order on all copies of the CD, and besides the 12 songs featured, there are an additional 3 untitled tracks on the disc, each containing a few seconds of random noise.
Disc also contains multimedia if you whack in your computer.
