Jel is a three piece band fronted by drummer Ivan Krippner (ex-Waters), formed in 1997. While the band largely plays covers at bars (primarily Fat Bellies in Hamilton and The Ale House, Te Awamutu), Jel have also released three albums of originals written by Krippner and a best-of album.
