Todd Hunter moved to Hamilton in 1970 from Taumaranui to attend teachers training college. There he formed several acid rock bands, including Zeke, Heavy Pork, Anteapot and [[OK Dinghy]. Losing interest in teachers college, Hunter moved to Auckland with the rest of OK Dinghy, and in 1973 formed Dragon.
