Carnaby Blue is was formed in Hamilton around 1968. Steve Spillane, Stan Lim, Paul Kunac, Paul Middlebrook and John Booth were the original members, with Keith MacMillan replacing John Booth, and Mike Abbot replacing Paul Kunac in 1969.
