Dynasty were a five-piece band from the 1960s, which evolved out of The Paragons, with the addition of Ian Robertson on keyboards. The band attracted good crowds during Friday night performances at Starlight Ballroom, and appeared on the C'Mon show with Peter Sinclair. Thompson went on to Mandrake and Manfred Mann.
