Myroslav Nasrudin Ukrainec, typically known of as "Nasrudin " or "Naz", was the front-person for GIMBIMLYB, and Executive Activities Officer (1989) and Social Activities Officer (1990-1993) for the WSU. He organised highly successful Orientation events in 1992 and 1993. Being highly visible throughout this time, many at Waikato University considered him an "institution".
He worked in education, teaching in Tokoroa for a number of years, and as of 2017 is teaching in Rarotonga.
