Void is an all ages, drug and alcohol free venue, located at 651 Victoria St. The venue caters primarily for hardcore bands. The venue opened on 16 Januray 2010 with a performance including Tentacles of Destruction, Wasteland, Electric Mayhem and Aborted Christians. It was opened by Sam Chumz and Daniel Matthews, who previously ran The Palace on Te Aroha St.
