Jeff Neems is a photographer and journalist. He was a familar sight at gigs in the late 1990s, taking photos of bands in much the same way as Petra Jane has done in the 2000s. Neems wrote music articles for Nexus in the late 1990s, and in the 2000s writes for the Waikato Times.
