Talk:Contact and Broadcasting Standards

I seem to remember some vinyl being deliberately scratched so that certain songs couldn't be played - but am not sure if that was on the basis of taste or morality. Can anyone add anything on that? (Waiheke Vice, 12 Sept 2006)
