Contact Subcards

To generate revenue, from 1989 Contact 89FM sold "Subcards" that enabled listeners to enter competitions, vote in the Top 13, and obtain discounts at various shops. For most of the 1990's these were sponsored by Metropolis Cafe, but in 1996 it was sponsored by Rocket Espresso Lounge, and 1998 by the Waikato Students Union.
