Adam Helliwell

Adam Helliwell formed his first band in 2002, a Christian pop-rap-rock group called Z Amigos, active until around 2006. He was then briefly in a pop and rock covers band called Life Through Death, which lasted around a year. He then fronted folk metal band IronStein, which formed in 2011 and disbanded in 2015. Since that time he has been involved in the solo folk metal band Ceolskog.
