The 2010 York Street Band Experiments were held at Flow and organised by the Hamilton Live Music Trust. The winner was Dick Dynamite and the Doppelgangers and the runner up was Penelope The.

• Only three bands played in Heat 1: The Dusk broke up less than a week before their heat, and Before One's Face wasn't able to compete because of a sick band member.
• Four Tonne Fiasco was the winner of the Wild Card Draw
