Surf music band formed in Hamilton in the 1960's, featuring Ken Murphy (guitar, vocals), Robert O'Donnell (lead guitar), Greg O'Donnell (bass) and Sean Kelly (drums). They changed their name to The Music Convention when they moved to Auckland in 1966. Under this name they release six singles and two EPs.
